Building permit

Documents required :

Application form (fill in name of the owner ) ;

The deeds – copies presented and concluding tabulation ;

Certificate of Urbanism and related plans ( photocopy ) ; Opinions requested by the certificate of urbanism ; debris transport contract signed with a company health authority;

Technical documentation – prepared by a company or an authorized person ;

The written part :

a) Evaluation price work (individual ) or estimate ( legal entity ) ;

b ) The technical specialist : architecture, structure , equipment – including splice site organization ;

c ) verification Essay – compiled by MLPTL licensed supervisor ;

d ) Geotechnical ;

e) Documentation cadastre ;

f ) Technical expertise ( if applicable) ;

Parts of the design :

Complete plans for specialties: architecture, structure , equipment – including fittings, certified Architects of Romania ; site organization ;

Project architecture – architect drafted ( location plan , plans of all levels , plan covers – sections , facades, ongoing street (optional )

Draft resistance – prepared by an engineer ( plan foundations, foundation details , targeted plans stamped intocmitorului , verifier and technical experts ) ;

Proof of payment of the fee for issuance of the building permit ;

Proof of payment of stamp duty of architecture ;
