Certificate of urbanism

Documents required to obtain the certificate of urbanism:

– Application form;

– Acts of ownership – copy (optional)

– Other acts on the legal status of the land (optional)

Technical documentation required:

The written part – Explanatory Memorandum;
Parts of the design – with out building;

a) Topographical – Plan framed in the scale of 1:2000;

b) Site plan – 1:500 – construction location specifying quotas; P.O.T. (percentage of occupancy); C.U.T. (coefficient of land use); H-max;

c) Plans, drawings helpful (optional)

– Proof of payment of the fee for issuing the certificate of urbanism
